
Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) DesignationA Certified Speaking Professional, more commonly known as a CSP, is a
speaker whose title has been awarded by the US-based National Speakers
Association and by the National Speakers Association of Australia. This
title is bestowed only if the individual has earned it by meeting strict
standards. Having the initials, CSP, follow a speaker's name indicates
that the speaker has proven experience, competence, and knows how to satisfy
his client. CSP is the speaking profession's international measurement
of professional platform mastery. Is It Difficult to Become a CSP?The International Federation for Professional Speakers is composed of professional speaking associations throughout the world. However, less than 10% of its members hold the distinguished title of CSP. To become a Certified Speaking Professional, a speaker must meet the following criteria:
